In the event of an accident, the impact will trigger the switch and remove power to the fuel pump, preventing high pressure fuel from escaping, reducing the fire risk dramatically
This superior version is a direct replacement for the unit to Stags and PI models.
The kit come complete with the modern inertia switch and a plug/loom to connect to the existing wiring.
Simply disconnect the old unit, remove it and the mounting bracket. Attach the new unit directly to the bulkhead with the two self tapping screws supplied.
Connect the two white wires from the switch to the two whites wires on the vehicle.
Press the rubber button down and the power will feed to the fuel pump.
The additional brown/orange wire can be optionally connected to a warning light that will illuminate if the switch is triggered.
